El Paso Approves $24M for Affordable Housing

EL PASO, Texas - The El Paso Housing Finance Corporation (EPHFC) took a significant step towards alleviating the city's escalating housing crisis this week, approving $24 million in loans dedicated to the development and rehabilitation of affordable housing units.
